Our management also personally conducts random on-site quality checks. Occasionally you will be left a survey to rate us and offer your opinions. These steps are all made to ensure our quality of service remains first rate. If you have a concern we would like to know about it. We will do our best to address any issues in a timely manner.

What are your payment terms?
Payment is preferred at the time of service by cash or check.
Who will be cleaning my home?
We make every effort to send the same team of two professional cleaners each visit. However, sometimes due to illness, vacations, or other reasons; we may have to substitute another team to clean your home.
Why does the first cleaning take longer?
Our first cleaning visit is more like a spring cleaning. Before we can begin regularly scheduled maintenance of a home, there are a variety of first-time tasks that require extra time and effort.
Will cleaning always be done on the same day and time of the week?
Your cleaning day will remain the same. However, with the exception of the 1st appointment of the day, we can not guarantee a specific time of day for your regularly scheduled visits because our schedules and travel direction can change from week to week. We do ask for a time frame when you will return home so we can try to be done by then. We will always try to stick to your schedule.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
It is not necessary for you to be home. For your peace of mind we are fully insured and bonded. For ease of access, you may provide us with a key. The key is kept in a locked location until it is needed for service and then returned. However, you are welcome to stay home during your cleaning.
What if something is damaged when my home is being cleaned?
We make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable items not be cleaned by our crew members.
What if I need to change my cleaning appointment?
We try to be as flexible as possible. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice, so that we can adjust our schedule.
Can my regular cleaner do additional tasks?
Yes, just call the office with your request, a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Since we work on a schedule with multiple home owners we do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs
