Service agreement

  • There is NO TERM to this agreement.
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations.
  • Client will be provided a check list.
  • If client needs to change a cleaning day or time, we will try to be flexible.
  • Client agrees to pay at the time of service.
  • Charged time will start when the team arrives at the front door.
  • Client will be charged 50% of cleaning fee if canceling with less than 24 hours notice.
  • Skipping regular weekly or every other week service may cause an adjustment to cleaning fee.
  • A 12% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days.
  • Client will pay $25.00 per check for NSF (Non Sufficient Funds).
  • Northbay Housecleaning reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time.
  • We make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable items not be cleaned by our crew members.
  • Northbay Housecleaning must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered.
  • Northbay  Housecleaning reserves the right to change the Service Agreement.
  • Although Northbay Housecleaning takes caution when using any cleaning products
  • Northbay Housecleaning is not responsible for damages caused by cleaning products or equipment provided by the customer.
  • Northbay Housecleaning will not be held accountable for damages caused by faulty equipment/appliances owned by the client.
  • Northbay Housecleaning is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item such light fixtures, all surfaces (unsealed marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
  • Northbay Housecleaning reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or to cancel at any time for any reason.
  • A $5 billing fee will apply if payment is not received at the time of service.
  • There is a $35 lockout fee.
  • If client is not satisfied with our services, Northbay Housecleaning must be notified within 48 hours of service.

Quality Control

Our management also personally conducts random on site quality checks. Occasionally you will be left a survey to rate us and offer your opinions.  These steps are all made to insure our quality of service remains first rate.  If you have a concern we will like to know about it.  We will do our best to address any issues in a timely manner.
